Rental Policy and Agreement:

This rental agreement is entered into by and between Geronimo Creek Retreat and the undersigned GuestThe person(s) or party registering is responsible for all charges and/or any damages to units, furnishings, fixtures, equipment, or property and agrees to reimburse Geronimo Creek Retreat by the credit card given at check-in and also gives Geronimo Creek Retreat authorization to do so should damage occur.50% payment is required at the time of the reservation. The remaining 50% will be charged 7 days prior to arrival. For all reservations within 7 days the full payment will be charged at bookingA reservation will not be confirmed until the Rental Policy and Agreement form has been signed.Smoking in units is strictly prohibited. If there is evidence of smoking in the suite, a fee of $300.00 will be charged to the credit card given at the time of booking.Pets are strictly prohibited. If there is evidence of a pet being present, a fee of $300.00 will be charged to the credit card given at the time of booking.Geronimo Creek Retreat and Staff assumes no responsibility for accidents or injury to guests, loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.Rule and violation disturbances: violating occupancy limits, noise disturbances during quiet hours, or other property rules may result in removal from the property with no refund.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations more than 31 days before arrival = 95% refundCancellations between 16 - 30 days before arrival = 50% refundCancellations within 15 days of arrival (including same-day reservations) = no refund/creditRescheduling is free of charge if it is requested 31 days or more from arrivalA $75 rescheduling fee will be charged for any reservation being rescheduled within 16-30 days of arrivalRescheduling is not allowed within 15 days of arrival

Damage and Liability

Guest agrees to be responsible for all damage to the property, its furnishings, fixtures, equipment, appliances, structures, amenities, landscaping, and surrounding grounds caused by Guest, or their invitees. If something gets damaged, please let us know. We're more forgiving than you think, but surprises on checkout day are not fun for anyone!Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stallion Development Services LLC DBA Geronimo Creek Retreat, its employees, contractors, agents, and assignees from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or losses to persons or property arising from or related to Guest's, and their invitees stay, including but not limited to: trees, tree limbs, vegetation, natural occurences, decks, railings, stairs, walkways, structures, outdoor furniture, grills, hammocks, swings, recreational equipment, wildlife, insects, domestic animals, waterfront areas, rivers, creeks, ponds, or other natural or manmade hazards which carry inherent risk of injury or drowning.

Water and Safety

Guest, and invitees through the Guest, acknowledge that water areas, using boats, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, rope swings, and other recreational equipment are inherently dangerous activities that can be life threatening, cause permanent disability, or death.Adults must actively supervise any child or weak swimmer at all times while on the property. Guest understands that Geronimo Creek Retreat sits on a natural body of water and agrees to use caution while entering and exiting the water.Guest understands that there is no lifeguard and that they are responsible for their safety, and the safety of their invitees.

Acknowledgement of Rules

Guest has read, understood, and will voluntarily accept the terms of this rental agreementGuest will ensure compliance for themselves, and their invitees, with all posted property rules.Guest understands that failure to comply with property rules may result in immediate removal from the property without a refund.
